Help/Explain Text :
Specifies whether to turn off the automatic display of the Manage Your Server page.   If the status is set to Enabled, the Manage Your Server page does not appear each time an administrator logs on to the server.   If the status is set to Disabled or Not Configured, the Manage Your Server page does appear each time an administrator logs on to the server. However, if the administrator has selected the “Don’t display this page at logon” check box at the bottom of the Manage Your Server page, the page will not appear.   Regardless of this setting's status, the Manage Your Server page is still available from the Start menu.
